Why clients stay with one solicitor

Family cases last months, sometimes years. The person who heard the first account of your marriage, or of the Trust's letter, should be the person who stands up in court. That is how this practice is built.

Mediation is offered where it could keep a case out of a hearing. It is not offered where it would be unsafe. If the case has to be fought, the trial advocacy is done in-house.

Alongside the court work, Kristina has taken part in the One Stop Shop in East Belfast with Belfast Women's Aid and Training for Women Network, for people who need family advice as well as practical support.
