Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us. Kristina Murray is the principal and deals with complaints herself.
Tell the practice first
Write to Kristina Murray, Kristina Murray Solicitors, 479 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast BT4 3LJ, or email info@kmsolicitor.co.uk with the subject "Complaint". Include your name, the file or the date you contacted us, and what you would like us to do.
We will acknowledge the complaint and tell you who is looking at it. Because the practice is led by one solicitor, that will usually be Kristina. If your complaint is about her conduct of a file, say so plainly. We will still reply in writing.
If you are not satisfied
Kristina Murray Solicitors is regulated by the Law Society of Northern Ireland. If we cannot resolve the complaint, you can ask the Law Society about its complaints process. Contact details are published at lawsoc-ni.org.
